Southeast Highschool

Complete renovation on HVAC and ductwork including 44 exhaust fans, a variable refrigerant system with 13 air handlers for office area, 12 ERV’s for outside air and changed out 109 RTU’s.

PIE Innovation Center

Pie Center is a multi-use learning facility. Used helicopter to set 64 RTU’s ranging from 5 to 25 tons. Fabricated ductwork, double-wall paint grip spiral pipe, and installed in each buildout.

McCallie School

Demolished existing water source DX cooling tower. Replaced with custom-designed air handler and 4 variable refrigerant condensing units totaling 50 tons. Size constraints were a challenge. The air handler was completely assembled in the chapel bell tower.

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

Two-story Natatorium with diving pool, lap lanes, lazy river, slides and saunas.

Fiberglass ductwork installed in the mechanical tunnel below the pool deck, and custom fabric duct.

Heritage High School

245,000 sq ft, $42.5 million new High School located in Ringgold, GA.

Make-up air system and Geothermal System with Heat Wheel and Energy Recovery Ventilators

Lakeview - Fort Oglethorpe High School

$12.5 million renovation and addition to LFO High School in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.

Geothermal/ground source heat pumps serving new basketball gym, weight training area, locker rooms, meeting spaces & offices.
